Hi there, I'm Bella Vasta from Jump Consulting. You might know me from CBS, NBC, Fox, Huffington Post, Entrepreneur, or maybe you've seen me speak on stage or read my book The Four Dogs That Every Business Owner Needs. In any case, get ready because you're about to get your hashtag Bella Butt Kickin' in this next episode of Bella in Your Business.

Welcome to another episode of Bella in Your Business. My name is Bella Vasta. Today I started off trying to use my normal microphone, and for some reason, it's not working. So I’m doing this old school—the way I did the first hundred episodes—using my earbuds.

But today, we’re going to talk all about three ways that you can attract great employees that you’ve probably never heard of—or maybe you’ve just never really done. I’m here to help encourage, inspire, and motivate you to action today, because listening is not going to do anything unless you actually take action.
I’ve been listening to so many of you out there. You’re all in a hiring blitz. You’re trying to find as many employees as possible. You know that each employee equals a certain amount of revenue to your company.
In other words, if you bring someone else on, that means you can now accept another $20,000 in revenue a year in your company because you have the manpower to help support it. So it makes sense to always be hiring.
It even makes sense to keep hiring when you think you’re fully staffed—because when you’re constantly hiring, you’re protecting yourself from being stuck when someone leaves or starts slacking.
It helps in those situations when you hire someone amazing, but all of a sudden they start having an attitude, and it’s like a thorn in your side. You get a message from them, and you cringe. By always hiring, you give yourself the ability to say, “Sorry, I don’t want you to work for me anymore,” because you’ve got people waiting in the wings.
Please, please take this into consideration: you should always be hiring.
