In this episode I answer a listener questions and give an overview of some internal protector parts to be on the look out for as an Enneagram 6.
Per the theory of Internal Family Systems, we all have various parts inside of us doing their best to help us navigate life. Similar to our ennea-adaptive strategies, these parts formed when we were young without our permission and can be maladaptive for us in our adult lives.
How we relate to these parts holds a key for more access to our core self and choice in how we show up to life.
