Moreover, the psychological burden of maintaining such strict rules can be overwhelming, leading to burnout and rebound eating. For lasting success, a balanced approach that incorporates a variety of foods and allows for occasional indulgences is more effective, promoting a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle.
