I had the honor of sitting down with Aaron Addonizio co-founder of Empathy Architects to discuss the ins and outs of Trifix. We cover the theory itself as well as drill down into how sixes can explore this concept not just in their minds, but in their hearts and bodies as well.

Aaron Addonizio is a seasoned Enneagram teacher and coach, holding a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma with a focus on counseling and personality psychology. Additionally, she earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, specializing in nonprofit management from the same institution. Her career journey began with the establishment of a thriving professional organizing business in 2011, coinciding with her initial role at Enneagram Explorations. Over the years, Aaron’s responsibilities expanded, evolving into a decade-long tenure as a sought-after freelance business consultant and project manager. Notable among her clients was Katherine Fauvre Consulting. In collaboration with her best friend and partner, Sterlin Mosley, Aaron co-founded Empathy Architects in January of 2020, dedicating herself to Enneagram work on a full-time basis. Beyond her Enneagram expertise, she serves as the Executive Director and co-founder of Central Oklahoma Ballet Theatre and she is also a Reiki master. In her current coaching practice, Aaron embraces a holistic approach, incorporating diverse systems and therapeutic modalities to guide her clients through the lens of empathy and understanding.
