Today we'll be talking to Jessica who is a Family Nurse Practitioner, she's currently starting her own practice but is dealing with some non-compete issues with her previous employer, she's needing assistance on how to work through this situation as well as deciding which services she could offer on her practice.

One thing we learn in this episode it's that you must always be sure you understand the clauses and limitations when signing a non-compete especially when you're a new grad without a lot of experience or if you have the goal of opening your own practice down the line
