Today we'll be talking to Shawn who is a Family Nurse Practitioner, she's currently working PRN in an emergency room but she mostly operates her own concierge Practice where she focuses on basic primary care, sick visits, physicals, basic occupational care, and weight loss. She's needing assistance finding her niche as she's providing a variety of services.

In this episode we talk about the importance of understanding what your patients want, sometimes when you provide many services there'll be one or two of them that are way more successful than the rest, so it is sometimes a good idea to drop some of the other stuff you do and streamline your practice's services on those products that are selling really well. Don't be afraid to rebrand!!
