This week we are discussing overcoming the fear of rejection – a skill every real estate needs to have mastered. This is a profession in which rejection is real and it’s a possibility we face as we interview for buyer clients, interview for listings, and every time we submit an offer.  

But on the flip side of the rejection card is the reward we experience when we sign a buyer agency agreement, win a listing, place that sold sign on top of our sign post, or help a client secure the house they want – especially rewarding in a competitive offer situation. So, how do we focus on the reward and avoid becoming paralyzed by fear (something I’ve seen keeps some agents from realizing their true potential)? That’s what we are going to talk about today.
