This is episode 68 and today I really want to continue the conversation from last week’s episode 67 “The quest to find your mini me”.... I shared that this fall I will be releasing a limited-edition private podcast called Confidence to Scale.  This is a series of 5 powerful audio trainings that will walk you through a step by step blueprint to priming yourself and your systems to attract and fully book your next injector, and then build a business model that is able to scale with you at the helm.  After the five weeks, we will host an invite-only focus group for these participants to meet, collaborate, and commune with colleagues.  During this workshop we will share best business practices for building recurring revenue, creating proprietary methods and offers, hiring dream employees, and challenging the industry status quo.
