Sonia T. had an amazing Halloween with some of her gal pal and her heart has been filled up and full. Sonia C. saw all the photos Sonia T. was posting and loved how creative her friends were with their costumes, which sparked inspiration for this week’s podcast topic.

Creativity and play are some of Sonia T.’s favorite ways to connect to her intuition. Sonia C. agrees! Being creative is one of our main purposes in life. We were born to create. However, learning how to create in a way that mirrors what we really want is our challenge in life. Your ego is the red light that stops creativity and stops you from being original and your creativity is your green light to finding inspiration and happiness in life. 

 

Sonia T. can always tell when someone is ‘too much’ in their ego when they’re unwilling to find a solution. Sonia T. spoke to someone recently and no matter what advice she gave to this person, that person shot it down super quickly and didn’t really ‘ponder’ in her creativity to see a path forward. It was painful! Our ego makes us unhappy and keeps us stuck.
