In this episode, I want to talk to you about planning. Every year, Brenda and I take one entire week to plan for the following year. We just finished our planning week this past week. We went down to the smokey mountains and had a great time. We did spend the entire week planning for sales, staffing, responsibilities, guidelines, benchmarks, etc. We made sure it was all in there. But if you ask Brenda, she’d say it was never enough. What do you do to plan? I think you will want to listen to this one as we go over some confusion about what a plan looks like.
