All three ladies are together on this week’s episode! Sabrina’s spirit is feeling good and bright this week, but Sonia T. is not sure what’s going on with her spirit. It feels a little more antsy than usual. Sonia C. also is getting a vibe right now. She believes her mom’s spirit is hanging around her pretty heavily lately and she can’t quite pinpoint why.

Sonia C. learned this from her mom, but she always tried to teach Sonia T. and Sabrina to ask their intuition first before asking for people’s opinions. It’s important to go inward first and that has created a sense of confidence and trust within each of Sonia C’s daughters. They know what their intuition is saying and they’re not afraid to rely on it! 

 

Sabrina explains that her ego and barking dog can get in the way with a lot of things, but one thing that remains grounded and certain is her intuition. Because of this, she is able to recognize when she is in ego energy vs. intuitive energy. You’re never really going to get rid of your barking dog, but the importance here is that your intuition, your inner guide, is always going to know what’s right for you.
