Having just returned from a trip to Melbourne where I spent some time with my son, Christian, but also ran some workshops I was struck again with the fact that not everyone wants to change. I learnt many years ago to be totally ok with that and to not buy into other people's success. More to the point, not to tie my identity to their success. This week on the show I am sharing some tips for those of you that do want to create change. I have taken the liberty to assume this is you if you're listening to the show. My Tips: 1.    KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. 2.    KNOW WHY YOU WANT IT. 3.    KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO GET IT. 4.    KNOW WHAT YOU’RE WILLING TO DO TO GET IT. 5.    RIGHT IT DOWN. . 6.    FIND AN ACCOUNTABILITY BUDDY.
