The ladies feel great this week! Sonia C. and Sonia T. just got done filming a fantastic video course (details upcoming) and things just went wonderfully. Sabrina loves whenever you have an enthusiastic camera person to help you really shine. Big props to amazing Ben the cameraman for making these wonderful ladies feel like Hollywood movie stars.

When you talk about vibration, Ben is the perfect example of people embodying good spirits. They can really elevate the entire mood of the whole cast/room when high vibration is done right. Contrasting this to negative energy, Sonia C. remembers a time she was filming and she had such a negative person on set with a big scowl of a facial expression. Sonia C. tried so hard for it not to throw off her spirit, but it was so bad that, unfortunately, Sonia C. had to get her to leave.

This reminds the ladies of a time where Sabrina and Sonia T. needed to get some updated photos for their website. With great recommendations, they hired a highly-experienced photographer but it turned out to be such a miserable experience. It seemed like the man had never even taken pictures of live people before! Boo! Sabrina got a feeling on it right away, but Sonia T. had heard such high praise that she couldn't see it at first.

Tool of the Week: Bad chicken: If it smells bad, there's no need to eat it to verify. Trust your intuition!
