Typically as business owners, most of the instructions we follow are our own. We are typically the ones calling the shots, leading the strategy, organizing everyone else around the vision, and because of that, it's really only when we invest in our own accountability that we have someone else challenging us to see our own world through a different lens.

We basically get to call shots even when those "things" are the wrong choices or no choice at all because we quietly talk ourselves out of a decision to avoid discomfort, pain, or failure. So today I am going to be that accountability for you to tell you to Just Fucking Do It.
