Sonia T. is on her way to Burning Man! However, logistics have not gone to plan and Sonia T. had to have a good cry over it. Sometimes, no matter how much you plan and organize, things just do not go your way. Sabrina is guessing this could be a good lesson because isn't Burning Man all about going with the flow? Sonia T. agrees. Deep down, it's all about letting go of control.

This week's theme is about: Taking the good with the bad.

Sonia T. had carefully packed some critical items that she would be needing at Burning Man and she realized when she got to her pickup point that it would not arrive on Monday, which meant that all the things she packed she will not be able to use. She had a mini meltdown and, upon reflection, doesn't know why she got so attached to these objects. Everything is replaceable in the end.

Recently, Sonia C. suggested a really bad idea to Sabrina. Not everything has to land, but Sonia C. realizes she has to think out loud. Sabrina is used to this dynamic. They'll be chit-chatting and brainstorming away and her mother will come out of left field about an idea. However, the same lesson still remains, you need a little bit of the bad to appreciate the good, and not all ideas or plans are going to be good.
