I was recently listening to the Warrior U Podcast and the boys were interviewing the Hon Steve Marshall and he hit them with the importance of Goal Setting and how he learnt the importance at a young age. 

He also dropped a cracking quote: Don't write your goals in sand. Etch them in steel.
