Rachel Labell and I first met in Colorado and I knew after hearing her story that it needed to be shared with the world. Rachel still resides in CO and lives with her longtime boyfriend, currently an online health and lifestyle coach that moonlights as a dog sitter and walker. She was not only an attendee of the Evolve With Emily Retreat last year but also a huge advocate to make it happen from the first time I spoke the idea out loud.
