There is so much happening in our society today; political, emotional, spiritual, physical, religious... both externally and internally it seems all areas of life are under evaluation. Which is a good thing! Having conversations with an open mindset to learn and approaching them from love we can learn, grow, and perhaps even gain a new perception that we were blind to before. This episode simply highlights some tools and resources that are helping me process the current state of affairs in the United States of America and the world.
