In today's Monday Message, Emily wants you to think about what mindset you have. Have you experienced some hardships in life which have caused you to have a fixed negative mindset? She wants to help you switch to an abundance mentality. You have to think about your life and what got you to where you are. It's important to reflect on the past but not dwell in it. You can use the past to move forward with a better understanding and feel empowered to live your life differently. We all have baggage, but we don't have to carry it through life with us. We don't need to let our baggage from our past define us or our mindset. Let the baggage go.
