Ok, so here we are…. our 40s. We know not all of our listeners are there… but some of you are. And the rest of you will be! So we want to chat about an often taboo topic which shouldn’t be… PERIMENOPAUSE.

First of all, what it is? What’s gonna happen to us? What should we do about it?? And WHY DOES NO ONE TALK ABOUT THIS STUFF??? Many women think that “vocalizing” our aging process is somehow embarrassing, that it signals a time when we’re inching towards being less sexy or desirable… when the reality is, 90% of the women we speak to say they’ve never felt sexier than they do in their 40s… so, why does PERIMENOPAUSE give us such PAUSE??
