In this week’s podcast episode of Perspective Shift, Frank Daly and Mike Kitlas expand on the topic of identification. As humans, we create our identities based on our experiences, cultures, etc. In our society, we tend to associate wholeheartedly with these made-up roles and say that these roles are really who we are. However, once we become aware of what is going on, we can take a step back and see that these identities are a mask or role that we play. Disassociating form those roles allows us to open up and expand.
