No Contact from a toxic relationship is not just a strategy, it’s a declaration of self-respect.

Going No Contact or using the Grey Rock method—which strategy is right for you? Narcissistic abuse survivors often face the dilemma of which tactic to use when cutting ties with a narcissist. No Contact means cutting the narcissist completely out of your life—no texts, no calls, no social media. It’s often the best way to heal, but let’s face it, it’s not always possible.
