Fascia and water play supremely significant roles in removing pain and improving performance. They work together in very specific ways. Fascia has many different expressions in the human body and water (which is mostly what we are made of) does too - of a particular kind. That is "bound water" - bound by fascia and (in a way) bound as fascia. It isn't liquid water in the sense of what you might expect to see pouring from a jug. It has a very different structure - and this quick episode helps you make sense of how fascia plays a part. This is a short and sweet tip (an accessible sound byte) on a subject bigger than an iceberg! More soon 🙏🏻😊🕸
