Nowadays, it seems like everyone has the "Instagram dream". Having a large following, influence, sponsors, etc. Chi Pham had 130,000 followers...and deleted it all. Chi is a UX Designer at Google Earth and, of course, an Ironman Triathlete. Currently training for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Chi is an incredibly accomplished age-grouper.

Haley and Alyssa chat with Chi about all things training, the work-life balance, and of course - Instagram. While juggling triathlons, work, training, a master's degree, relationships, and 130,000 followers, Chi decided she needed to make a change. The trio discusses the pressures we put on ourselves, how we are defined by them, and how we can escape from them.
