I also talk about the types of ghosters, reasons they do it, and how it’s not your job to make them unghost you.

In today's episode we discuss making an identity out of pain and how we end up letting moments of rejection, separation or unfortunate situations unnecessarily define us. How this can be harmful to us, why we shouldn't do it, and allowing ourselves to move forward with self forgiveness and fluidity.
