    1. The positives: no promoting being dangerously or unsustainably thin, making room for different bodies, acceptance of all beauty and rejection of specific beauty standards. 
    2. The negatives: promoting an unhealthy body fat percentage. Not addressing the realities of being overweight. 
    3. There is a place for personal accountability even when life just happens to you.
