A couple of months ago, Ellidy sat down with Billy — a spritely 103-year-old WWII veteran. Sharp as a tack and full of stories, Billy lived through things most of us can’t even imagine, from his plane being shot down to the brutal conditions he endured as a prisoner of war.

Sadly, Billy passed away recently. We wanted to honour his story and share it far and wide.
