Have you ever noticed how patterns tend to repeat themselves in our life? Like how we only attract toxic, narcissistic relationships or keep relapsing into old habits we told ourselves we were done with years ago.
Today I sit down with Lani Cooper to look at how traumas are stored in our bodies and how we can break the cycle today. Lani is an Australian businesswomen, stand up comic, and founder of Mobot, an innovative wellness and sustainability focused company based right here in Venice.

Together, we go FAR!
It’s been one heck of a year for all of us, and I wanted to record this episode as I reflect back on the many lessons life has taught me in 2021.
From moving across the country, continuing to grow this platform, running a solo marathon (again), competing in Hyrox, and so much more; this year has taught me more than any before it.
You already know we grow further together and I’d love to hear your biggest lesson of the year, tag me on social media @corycamp or text me directly at 301-747-0718 and I can’t wait to learn from you.
Today we get dialed in with Bobbbaaaay, an absolute legend and incredible good vibes dude out here in Venice, California. He describes himself as a wanna be podcaster with a dream back in 2016 when he first entered the space, that’s right, he was podcasting long before it was the thing to do. He refused to “just get a job” so he launched his first show, Purpose in the Youth Podcast, which focused on unfolding the stories of passionate people in hopes he’d find his own passion. He spent the next 3.5 years interviewing over 150 successful people while driving for Uber Full-time for a total of 19,002 total rides to fund his creative career. Not only did he end up finding his passion for podcasting along the way, he also was able to make a career working in the podcast space full-time. Through his current show, The Bearded Man Podcast, he’s here to help you reach your inner potential as he shares the stories of people who’re in pursuit of manifesting their dreams as well as having solo episodes where he dives into tactics and tricks on how we can all reach our inner potential.

Today I’m joined by Alexandra Pullen, a health, holistic wellness, yoga, and overall life enthusiast who happened to be a professional ballet dancer for the better part of her life journey so far. She’s had the chance to travel the world while on tour and performed all over, thanks to ballet, but she’s also very open about the struggles that came with it on her journey. Today’s episode opens up about dealing with self-doubt, navigating an uncommon childhood through Alex’s move to NYC at 16 years old, and what she’s learned along the way thanks to her therapy and mental health journey post ballet career.
