Zoe & Georgia host an entirely anonymous Q&A on those niggling questions you're too embarrassed to ask anyone ... We talk pregnancy body changes, sex, handling friends who think motherhood means 'life over', gender disappointment, haemorrhoids, and when you want a second baby but your partner doesn't.
Plus, to round-up the podcast, we are so delighted to be joined by Dr. Alex Richardson, in collaboration with C&G Baby Club, to open our eyes to the world of A2 Protein Milk!
A Note From C&G Baby Club. Breastfeeding is best. In preparation for & during breastfeeding, eat a varied, balanced diet. Combined breast & bottle feeding in the first weeks may reduce supply of breastmilk, & reversing the decision not to breastfeed is difficult. Consider the social & financial implications of using an infant formula. Improper use of formula or inappropriate foods or feeding methods may make baby ill. If you use infant formula, follow manufacturer’s instructions for use carefully. Talk to a healthcare professional.
