On today’s episode, I talk to Dr. Kyle Womack, PT, DPT, an Oklahoma boy who always dreamed of living in Hawaii. He had a performance based practice in CrossFit gyms for the past 5 years. He currently owns a clinic with two locations (MŪV/OKC) in the OKC Metro area to help CrossFit and fitness athletes continue their training without pain/medications or needing to "take a break." He has recently started an online business (MŪV/RX) to help CrossFit affiliates and coaches assess their athletes' movement and provide a built-for-them movement prescription to keep their athletes in the gym.

We hear how Kyle started treating people in a CrossFit box and now is working on his third location! Kyle gives us all the ins and outs of scaling a practice.
