Did you know that 35.82% of people gained weight during the pandemic? A recent study which surveyed 19,903 people from 40 countries found that nearly 70% of gym members have NOT returned to their gyms nor do they plan to anytime soon. It also revealed that of those who gained weight, 71.25% gained more than 5lbs.
