GETTING REPRODUCTIVE : healing from sexual trauma & relational abuse, getting educated on your cycle and restoring mind/body connection with @wellspringfamilywellness
I am deeply passionate about redefining health by anchoring us back in the foundations of true wellness ; faith, mindset & trauma, nutrition, movement, sleep, hydration, connecting with nature and community. We are temples of the Holy Spirit, made by God for God, and when living in His design we can experience true wellness. When we begin to rebuild our bodies and reconnect the mind, body, and spirit, we are able to step into greater and deeper healing by God's grace.
This week I have Rebecca on (@wellspringfamilywellness) diving into the topic of her story with sexual trauma, how she fell in love with fertility and womens health and then herbalism, and closes breaking down the four phases of the cycle and how we can support these with herbs and lifestyle!
