She is joined by Kristen Elizabeth of In Wild Bloom who combines coaching strategies with elements of creative expression and yoga to help individuals create their own version of wellness. She knows through experience that a life rooted in self-care and compassion creates a foundation for a life that is meaningful and deeply fulfilling.
