Many of us know Colleen Quigley as an Olympic steeple chaser for team USA, or maybe from her instagram posts featuring #fastbraidfriday. Recently however, she has decided to step on to the triathlon scene after years spent swimming and biking when sidelined by injuries.

She tells us all about her training, and how much joy she finds out on the bike. As well, she talks about how she goes about honing her weaknesses in the pool. Her first race at Tritonman in San Diego resulted in a win, so we are very excited to see what the future holds for her in this sport!
