Jeffrey Morgan has a wild story!
Growing up in Redfern with a broken family forced Jeff into a difficult upbringing which lead to a life of crime.
Jeff’s biggest life lessons came from holding himself accountable after 18 years in and out of the custody of Australia’s maximum-security prisons from 1992 until 2010. During that period, Jeff missed opportunities and precious time with his family. His parents died of cancer, his brother and sister were lost to suicide, and most recently, another brother passed away due to a preventative health issue.
Since leaving prison in 2010 he has helped positively change the lives of more than 650,000 Australians as well as countless organisations through his coaching programs, workshops and events. He uses everything he has, from his lived experiences and street smarts to his qualifications as a Nutritionist, Coach & Consultant to inspire, motivate and educate others to live their best life.
