This is our longest show to date and it is with good reason. This podcast episode goes allll over the place, but the principles we talk about in this one can legitimately turn your business around if you take the appropriate action. This is 2 hours that you won't regret spending on bettering yourself along with some great comedy along the way. Just when you think we turn off all of the value, another topic gets going. Let us know if you enjoyed it!

In today's episode, we discuss the importance of defining what quality time looks like in your relationship. This is an area that we have worked on and grown in within the last 3 years from simply having clear communication about what the we each need and how we look at quality time. Our definitions have adapted and molded into our lifestyle better now, which definitely help lessen the amount of arguments we have over this topic to where neither myself or Savannah feel like we're being left out!

In today's episode, we talk about our tenure as parents. Savannah and I are blessed to have watched our son, Jack turn 1 year old this past week. The last year has had its ups and downs, but the overwhelming majority has been spent in awe of the blessing of our first child. We are still so new in the journey, and realize we have a long way to go, but we want to talk about these times to hopefully inspire the person who hasn't yet has children, and maybe refresh those that do have them.

Christmas light season is right around the corner whether you believe it or not. As business owners we have to be steps head of our competition and the seasons ahead. We should always be looking 3-5 months in advance at what's to come and how we can prepare. This is our first of many Christmas light episodes to come this season and I hope it brings some value to get you moving in the right direction if it's a service you are considering offering.

In today's show, I get on a soapbox about the importance of continuously working to have a business that isn't a joke. Stick through the entirety of the show to hear exactly what I mean, and realize I have no intentions of talking down about what anyone has going on. I simply want you to check in with your business and give it a grade of whether you would open all the details up for anyone to see. I hope you receive a little piece of value through it.
