Journaling can be a liberating and purifying process helping us to bring any heaviness to the surface and let it be released.
All you need is a blank piece of paper and something to write with. I’ll offer a few simple prompts and give you a minute or two to just write down every word, feeling, sensation, and sentiment that comes to mind when you hear them.
You can’t do this exercise wrong. Even if you write nothing and simply breathe, letting each prompt flow through you as an open question for future reflection ~ that's perfect. You’ll know exactly what you need.
