  • Ep 84 // The Weekly Money Habit: A Simple Routine To Stack Into Your Schedule

    Hey Momma!

Are you feeling the pressure to shift into summer with a better grip on your routines—especially around money? Have you been thinking, “Yeah… I should probably do something different this summer” but haven’t made a single move yet? You’re not alone, and I totally get it. With school wrapping up this week, I’m personally juggling the transition too. So if you’re still sitting on those big summer goals, this episode is for you.

In today’s episode, we’re talking about a pillar I don’t touch on often but that quietly affects every single thing we do: money. Whether it's grocery shopping, weekend plans, summer camps, or those Target runs, our finances shape our decisions more than we realize. I’ll be sharing how I manage money in real life—not with spreadsheets or complicated systems, but by stacking a simple financial rhythm into my Weekly Stacking Session. I’ll show you how to stop obsessing over your budget while still staying aware of it, how to use summer as a natural financial reset, and how to build a Money Mini Stack that keeps you and your partner aligned—without adding pressure. Because when money becomes part of your routine, you don’t just feel in control… you are in control.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to pick one small routine to stack into your week that builds money awareness. Whether that’s checking your app every Friday, doing a quick Sunday reset with your spouse, or jotting down a few expenses to watch—just take action. Define the steps, set a time, and keep it simple. Small habit, big ripple.

Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... It's time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking. 💛

  • Ep 83 // How To Build Effective Routine Stacks In Your Home Organization Plan

    Hey momma!

If you listened to the last episode, you learned exactly how I build habit stacks using my Re-Stack Method. But today, we’re getting super practical. We’re applying those steps directly to your Home pillar—because let’s be honest, that’s usually where the chaos shows up first.

In this episode, I’ll walk you through how to use the Declutter Scorecard to assess where your home routines are breaking down and then we’ll build an effective routine stack to fix it. I’m going to share how I created my own Home Reset Challenge last year, how I used these exact steps to stop chasing messes and start getting ahead of them, and how you can do the same—bit by bit, one stack at a time. We’ll walk through real-life examples so you can see exactly how to move from identifying the breakdown all the way to designing a full stack (and a mini version for crazy days). This is where the strategy becomes tangible and where your routines can finally start working with your life, not against it.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to grab your Declutter Scorecard, pick one space, and build a home habit stack this week using the Re-Stack Method. Let’s create a routine that supports your home and gives you relief instead of overwhelm.

Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed.... It’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.

  • Ep 82 // The 4 Step Habit Stack Method I Use To Organize My Life

    Hey momma!

Have you ever finally figured out a good flow—only to have summer show up and throw everything into chaos?

Suddenly the kids are home 24/7, sleepovers multiply, the messes grow, and the familiar “I’m bored” starts before you’ve even had coffee. If you’ve ever wondered how to actually start habit stacking when life feels like this, today’s episode is exactly what you need.

I’m sharing the 8 micro steps I use to build flexible, realistic habit stacks that survive real-life interruptions—especially summer chaos. I’ll walk you through my Re-Stack Method, breaking it down so you can stop just reacting to the overwhelm and start building routines that support you (instead of stressing you out). Whether you’re trying to keep your morning reset routine, stay ahead of meal planning, or just stop the laundry from overflowing—this episode will give you a strategy to start building stacks that work for your real life.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to grab a notebook, follow along, and map out your very first habit stack using these 8 steps so you can finally feel in control of your days again—even when summer throws curveballs.

Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed.... It’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.

  • Ep 81 // How Habit Stacking Can Help You Maximize Your Energy to Prevent Burnout

    Hey momma, welcome back!

As we head into the summer months, are you already feeling the shift in energy as the kids come home and routines change? Are you worried that with all the flexibility comes the chaos, and you might struggle to keep it together?

In today’s episode, we’re talking about how to protect your energy this summer and how Habit Stacking can be your secret weapon to stay productive and prevent burnout. With the kids home every day and schedules up in the air, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. But with the right strategies, you can manage the chaos and keep your routines intact while finding time for what matters most. I’ll share how Habit Stacking helped me manage my own energy, especially as someone with ADD who used to struggle with productivity. Habit Stacking isn’t about rigid schedules—it’s about stacking small, manageable tasks that help you stay on track and give you more freedom in your day. By aligning your tasks with your energy and stacking them strategically, you can avoid burnout while getting the important things done.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to start identifying the tasks in your day that drain your energy and begin stacking small, intentional habits that refill it. Take one habit, one small action, and start layering it into your day. Prioritize your energy, align your tasks with your natural rhythms, and watch how a little intention can give you the balance and space you need to thrive this summer.

Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you try to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed… It’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking.

  • Ep 79 // Habits Learned In Childhood Directly Shape Our Daily Routines

    Hey Momma!

Have you ever wondered why you repeat certain behaviors without even thinking about it? How much of what you do today is influenced by the habits you learned as a child?

In this episode, we dive into how the habits we learned in childhood directly shape our daily routines as adults. From the behaviors modeled by our parents and caregivers to how we were taught to deal with stress, those early lessons leave a lasting impact. Whether we realize it or not, much of what we do today—good or bad—is tied to those formative years. I share a personal story about how my upbringing shaped my own habits and how I’ve come to recognize and shift some of them as a mother. Understanding how our habits were formed is key to changing the ones that don’t serve us and building new habits that align with our current goals.

Ultimately, this episode encourages you to reflect on your habit legacy—the patterns and behaviors passed down to you—and take control of what you want to carry forward and what you want to change. By understanding how these habits were formed, we can intentionally create new habits that serve us better and align with the life we want to lead, both as individuals and as parents.

  • Ep 75 // How I Organize My Week Using Outcome-Based Routine Blocks

    Hey Momma!

Have you ever rolled into Monday feeling panicky, like the day just started but you’re already behind? Don’t you wish you had a better way to prep your week without feeling overwhelmed?

In this episode, I’m sharing why I stopped using traditional time-blocked planners and started using something that actually works for mom life: the Weekly Grid. I’ll walk you through how I break my day into Outcome-Based Routine Blocks and how that shift helped me finally stop reacting and start prepping with peace. You’ll hear real-life examples (like book fair week madness!), and how I use a Weekly Stacking Session to evaluate, plan, and protect my energy throughout the week.

Ultimately, I’m going to challenge you to stop viewing your week as a checklist and start viewing it like a grid. I’ll help you see your day by outcome, your week by energy, and your time as something you can manage with a little prep. Because once you start pre-processing your week—even one small decision at a time—you’ll shift from surviving the chaos to stacking your way through it.

Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... It's time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.
