This week we welcome one of Hallmark's leading ladies Nikki DeLoach.  Nikki is a busy actress, philanthropist, producer and activist. 

On this episode, she shares her secrets to a healthy midlife, her excitement for upcoming shows on Hallmark and her passionate fight against Alzheimers.  She is a Celebrity Champion and spokesperson for The Alzheimer’s Association in honor of her father who is currently living with Pick’s Disease, a rare form of dementia.

She also has an impressive resume of television credits including as a series regular on North Shore, a recurring role on The Ringer, as well as guest roles on 9-1-1, Grey’s Anatomy, Major Crimes, NCIS, CSI, and CSI: NY just to name a few and has been seen on the big screen in Love & Other Drugs alongside Jake Gyllenhaal.
