Laurie goes into detail about what happens to the body during menopause and how to get the best grip on it. Protein and fiber are very important to intake throughout the day to help with the appetite and bloat. Eating every 4-5 hours can help the body from getting over-hungry.  Magnesium in the evenings paired with clean eating and exercise has been helpful for Laurie in her experience. 


Combining proper nutrition and exercise along with hormone replacement therapy is the best way to get a grip on menopause.
