On this week’s episode Haley and Alyssa welcome back professional triathlete Nikki Bartlett. Nikki is fresh off a second place finish at Lanzarote 70.3. She gives us all of the details about how her race unfolded, talks about her training days in Lanzarote, and what she loves most about training and racing on the island. Nikki was a guide to paratriathlete Alison Peasgoodat the Paralympics in Tokyo this past summer, she shares her pride for the pair’s impressive 4th place finish despite many difficulties leading into the Games.

At 34, Nikki is truly just getting started in her career as a pro triathlete. Along with her coach and partner, she is building her career on what will make her happiest, healthiest and have the most fun in the long run. We think this is a perfect secret sauce to long term success!
