Saturday, the 30th of July is known as International Friendship days. So I thought it would be really good to talk about the importance of having a support system during your breakup and divorce. And exactly how that dynamic with your friends can work. So obviously, when you're going through a breakup, it feels like you've lost a huge amount of love from your life. And this can be really interesting, because time and time again, when I've asked people, do you feel lonely? When they've come out of a breakup or a divorce?
