Weight loss isn't glamorous. If anyone tells you that it is easy - they are lying and trying to sell you on something. 

In this episode we talk about 

  1. You aren’t going to get to eat out as frequently as you want 
  2. You are going to have to move your body more than you want to 
  3. You are going to have to say no more times that you want 
  4. You are going to have to drink less alcohol than you probably want
  5. You are going to have to eat differently. Eating more veg, fruit and protein 
  6. You are going to have to make different and often hard choices 
  7. WHY: Because real transformation comes from behavior patterns of change. 
  8. Your goals would be a lot easier and achieved faster if you stopped throwing the towel in on yourself. Start showing up for yourself and stop giving up when you have barely even started. 
  9. The only things worthwhile in life come from hard choices and getting uncomfortable.
