Your migraines disappeared for 10 years... now they're back.

As the needle moves west and south, it passes through symptom zones you're prone to: allergies, heartburn, migraines, autoimmune disease, and beyond.

Here's what almost no one understands: You can be too sick to get migraines. Your needle can drop below your migraine zone into more severe illness. When I developed Graves' disease in 2012, I stopped getting migraines, not because I was healthier, but because I was too sick to generate them.

The crucial question: When symptoms disappear, did your needle move toward north (health) or south (decline)?

Medication can mask symptoms without moving your needle at all. Side effects often indicate your needle is dropping even further.
