This week's meditation is inspired by a song that I adore - "The Healing Room" by Sinead O'Conner. It speaks about the space inside us all where healing is available, where infinite love and compassion resides. It speaks to the inner child, and to the parent within us and to the freedom that lives within when we can connect with our inner Universe... I hope that I have captured the essence of this song and that listening to it will allow you a short cut to finding this inner knowing and peace that resides within.
