Crystal is a third generation yogi, she lives and teaches from a real and raw place while upholding the traditions of yoga practices. She is an international retreat holder and teacher trainer. Crystal returns to India every year to continue her studies and immerse herself in living the teachings of yoga. Her home is based in Squamish, British Columbia.
