I am deeply passionate about redefining health by anchoring us back in the foundations of true wellness ; faith, mindset & trauma, nutrition, movement, sleep, hydration, connecting with nature and community. We are temples of the Holy Spirit, made by God for God, and when living in His design we can experience true wellness. When we begin to rebuild our bodies and reconnect the mind, body, and spirit, we are able to step into greater and deeper healing by God's grace.
This week I have Doctor Nina Marie on who specializes in all things health for mommas and kiddos -- she is a WELL of knowledge and gives soo many great tips and tricks for helping strengthen your childs immunity, gut health, diving into ear infections and the root reasons behind eczema, kitchen medicine and home remedies, etc!
