It's so much easier to focus on the negative over the positive. All the goals we haven't accomplished. All the milestones we haven't hit. All the deadlines we missed. All the great ideas that didn't come to fruition. But it can be a lot harder to focus on what we have done. All the ways we have grown. All the things we did accomplish.

Today, I'm going to teach you my favorite method for re-centering myself, forcing myself to be present at this moment, and reminding myself to focus on the good instead of the bad. Let's go on a trip through time.
