When life is changing in SO many different ways, it’s easy to feel unsettled, and man can it wreak havoc on your nervous system.

 

It’s really hard to TRUST that everything is going to work out as it should, especially when you’re a classic control freak (hi, me!) and everything seems to NOT be going according to plan. 

 

In this episode I reflect back a bit on how different my life is today than I thought it would be 3-4 years ago.

 

I share some ways I’m regulating my nervous system when those thoughts of, “OMG! Is this all going to work out?!” come up and feel paralyzing. 

 

And mostly, I’m sharing how I’m EMBRACING the huge changes happening in our life in hopes it helps you do the same.
