I'm POSITIVE you've heard the phrase, "pull back to spring forward", aka the slingshot effect. If you visualize a slingshot, it makes complete sense. For the ball/marble/whatever you put inside the slingshot to whip forward and go far…you need to pull it back with enough strength.

That PULLBACK season is what SO many entrepreneurs resist, especially if they've experienced a lot of financial success and are KNOWN for that financial success.

It's like they're scared to not have big numbers plastered all over their IG for a few months, even if they logically know it means BIGGER numbers down the line.

Our egos definitely play a big part, as well as our perceived status.

But my friend, there is something SO stinkin powerful about working BTS (and possibly sharing that work front facing), while you perfect your product, systems and overall messaging to come back even stronger.
